Concerning our products
Dies & Molds

- We can manufacture dies and also prototypes in quantities up to several hundreds.

- Usually:
- For a new product: 1.5 to 2 months
- For a routine work: 1 to 1.5 months

- By dividing the dieset in several blocks we can handle tools with a length up to 3.5m.
In terms of products, we have experience with precision blanking of products as large as φ300.

However, we would need the assembly drawings as well as the parts drawings.
Without them we would first need to sketch them before doing any work.
This would generate additional costs.

- For the main parts, we can use die steel, matrix high-speed steel, powder high-speed steel, carbide, ceramics etc.

- We mostly make dies for functional parts of automobiles, lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, aluminum discs, beverage cans etc.
We accept to make dies for any other industry.

- Yes.
We have been having our dies shipped and used in factories located in Europe, USA, Mexico, Brasil, South-East Asia, China etc. for more than 20 years now.

- All the dies parts are measured in a temperature controlled room.
We issue inspection reports on the most important parts.

- We can send the data on paper, by email, or through a large file forwarding service provider, according to the customer's request.
Parts

- Yes. We receive many orders to manufacture individual parts based on customer drawings.

- We are highly skilled at performing cutting, grinding, wire-EDM etc. at tolerances within ±2µm.
We can also perform 3 dimensional shape machining with our high-precision 5 axis machines.

Design

- Our apologies, we do not provide stand-alone design services.
Assembly

We can either do one-shot trials or continuous trials.

- If after consultation our conditions match, we can rent our presses together with an operator.
